เกม Splinter Cell Blacklist กล่าวถึง ประธานาธิบดี Patricia Caldwell ของอเมริกา ได้ยุบหน่วย Third Echelon และตั้งหน่วยก่อการร้ายที่ชื่อว่า Fourth Echelon พร้อมจัดตั้งบุคคลทีมงานใหม่ยกชุดและรับมืองานต่างๆผ่านหัวหน้าหน่วย Sam Fisher ซึ่งผู้เล่นจะได้เห็นบทบาทใหม่ของเขาในฐานะผู้คุมหน่วย Fourth Echelon และได้ภารกิจใหม่ล่าสุดที่ได้รับกลับต้องสั่นคลอนกับความมั่นคงอีกครั้ง เมื่อกลุ่มผู้ก่อร้ายเรียกตัวเองว่า The Engineers เริ่มปฏิบัติการก่อการร้ายที่ชื่อว่า The Blacklist โดยจะนับถอยหลังแต่ละครั้งในการก่อการร้ายและยกระดับถล่มประเทศไปเรื่อยๆจนกว่าจะได้รับการตอบรับและปฏิบัติตาม ซึ่ง Sam Fisher จะต้องหาหนทางและเบาะแสต่างๆในการจับกุมและยุติปฏิบัติการครั้งนี้ให้ได้ เกมให้ผู้เล่นเข้าแทรกซึมและจารกรรมโดยอาศัยเงามืดเป็นเครื่องอำพรางศัตรูและลักลอบสังหารศัตรูที่พยายามขัดขวาง เกมส์ภาคนี้ยังเลือกใช้ระบบการเล่น, AI ศัตรู และกราฟิกเกมส์เหมือนกับภาค Conviction แทบทั้งหมด แต่มีการปรับปรุงองค์ประกอบต่างๆขึ้นมาเล็กน้อยเพื่อให้ทันสมัยและฉลาดขึ้น นอกจากนั้น ผู้เล่นยังจะได้เห็นกับอาวุธและอุปกรณ์อันสุดไฮเทคเพื่อใช้รับมือและแทรกซึมอย่างชาญฉลาด

   2. Burn or mount the image.
   3. Install the game.
   4. Install Blacklist_patch_v1_01.exe from /Crack dir on the disc.
   5. Copy over the contents of the /Crack dir on the disc to your
      <game install>\src\SYSTEM directory.
   6. Play the game. We recommend not going online with it, as usual.
   7. Support the software developers. If you like this game, BUY IT!


วิธีติดตั้งเกมส์ (แบบกากๆนะครับ)
1.แตกไฟล์ .rar
2.ไรท์ลงแผ่นหรือจำลองไดร์ไฟล์นามสกุล .iso ด้วยโปรแกรมจำลองไดร์ทั่วไป
3.เปิดแผ่นหรือไดร์ที่จำลองไว้ ดับเบิลคลิกไฟล์ Setup.exe เพื่อติดตั้ง
4.ดับเบิลคลิกไฟล์ Blacklist_patch_v1_01.exe ที่อยู่ในโฟลเดอร์ Crack เพื่อติดตั้ง
5.ก๊อปปี้ไฟล์ที่อยู่ในโฟลเดอร์ Crack ไปไว้ที่เดียวกับที่ติดตั้งเกมส์
6.เล่นเกมส์
